How We Operate

First we arrange a free and confidential conversation to learn about your project, goals and challenges and to find out if we are the right fit for each other. Then we will propose how we can contribute, provide high level roadmap, transparent pricing and you will decide if you want to move forward. No obligation, no pressure.

Once we agree on our collaboration, we will develop a detailed plan for your specific situation. Respecting your budget, timelines and requirements, we strive to achieve the most efficient solution.
Depending on your needs, we will perform feasibility analysis, literature review, technical analysis and deliver know-how. If necessary, we will bring the right partners to complement our in house expertise and liaise with CROs or external experts.

If your project requires more than consulting, we will coordinate experimental and laboratory work and activities across all partners. We will continuously monitor progress and proactively resolve problems. We will keep you informed so you will have control over each important step and decision, including unexpected challenges in order to pivot on time if necessary.

At the end we deliver all target compounds, procedures, protocols, biological data or any other valuable results in a suitable format. We will pay attention to data interpretation and knowledge transfer so you leave with understanding, and clear answers, not just data.
