Bactiral, baculo viral or mammalian expression system are established.

Scale: Standard scale up to 10 L of expression medium. Larger scale upon disscusion is possible.

You may want your protein with a specific PTMs or order to achieve the required active form. Thereare two options of introducing the desired PTMs.

In cellulo by co-expression of the respective modifying enzymes such as kinases or biotinilating enzymes.
Chemical or enzymatic introduction of the desired PTM after purifycation of the target protein

Purified protein will be subjected to LCMS QC and we will provide detailed QC report.
The purity will be demonstrated by SDS-PAGE and identity of the total protein, including PTMs, by ESI-TOF MS.
Monodispersity will be shown by size-exclusion chromatography (SEC).
Concentration will be determined by UV spectroscopy.
Depending on the protein, we will establish activity or tracer displacement assay to demonstrate proper fold and functionality of the protein.
